Solicitamos aos nossos hóspedes que respeitem as regras e políticas da estância para que todos possam ter uma estadia agradável no Baoase Luxury Resort.

Documentos pessoais

No momento do check-in, a Baoase solicita um depósito em termos de cartão de crédito ou dinheiro, e uma cópia do passaporte/documento de identificação de cada hóspede que fica na Baoase.

Check-in e check-out

The check-in time is 04:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests who have checked out of their accommodations are welcome to stay within the resort premises for the rest of the day. If you would like a late checkout until 6:00 PM (subject to availability), we would charge the following amount: Villa = 400 USD, Beachfront Suite = 350 USD and Honeymoon Suite / Standard = 250 USD. If you would like to check out after 6:00 PM, an additional charge for a full night will apply. Late check out fees booked prior to arrival are subject to alternative pricing.

Política de limpeza

Our housekeeping team cleans your room/suite/villa completely every day and offers turndown service in the evening. If you do not wish to receive this service, please use our “Do not disturb” sign. The environment is of great importance to Baoase, so please place only the soiled towels in the laundry basket to be collected and replaced. Should you wish to have your beddings changed anytime during your stay, please inform the housekeeper or place the dirty linen in the laundry basket. Remember to turn off water faucets, lights, televisions, air-conditioners, and any other electrical devices after each use, as conserving energy and water is important in Curacao.

Alimentos/snacks/bebidas no exterior

Outside food and/or beverages are not permitted in the resort, unless guests are staying in an accommodation with a fully equipped kitchen. Food and beverages brought into the resort premises will be subject to corkage and/or cooking charges.

Regras do restaurante e do bar

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
• As bebidas alcoólicas só são servidas a hóspedes com 18 anos ou mais. 
• Guests can enjoy exclusive dining at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant, known for its romantic settings and curated special nights. 
• Signature experiences such as beach dining, sunset deck meals, and private dining are available for guests.

Serviço de quartos e gelo

The Room Service delivery fee is $10 per delivery and will be added to your order. Accommodations without a built-in ice machine in the refrigerator will be provided with a complimentary daily ice bucket. Additional ice can be ordered through Room Service free of charge, and extra ice may be picked up at the bar.

Eletricidade

All accommodations offer 220V European plugs, and some accommodations also offer 110V US plugs. Electricity adapters and converters are available at the front office. Baoase cannot be held responsible for using the incorrect electricity plug for personal hair dryers and/or other appliances.

Ar condicionado e água

Every accommodation is equipped with air-conditioning. We kindly ask you to switch off the air-conditioning before you leave your room. Electricity and water are valuable goods in Curacao. Also, we are mindful of local water sources, so we kindly ask you to ensure your water taps are turned off. The Curacao water coming from the taps is of good quality and is safe to drink.

Fumar / Substâncias ilegais

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodations. Ashtrays are provided in the respective porches and areas where smoking is allowed. The use of drugs and/or alcohol abuse is strictly prohibited. Smoking or drug use that causes damage to the room will result in a deep cleaning fee.

Regras das piscinas

• The main swimming pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. (No lifeguard on duty). 
• The use of the swimming pools is entirely at your own risk. 
• The main swimming pool is accessible only to resort guests. 
• Swimming topless, diving, or jumping into the pool is not allowed. 
• Guests must rinse off before entering the pool, and it is prohibited to rinse off in the swimming pool gutter. 
• Drinks, food, and glassware are not permitted in the swimming pool area. 
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Animais de estimação / Animais selvagens

Não são permitidos animais de estimação ou de serviço na propriedade. Por favor, não alimente animais selvagens.

Fotografia

Guests are not allowed to shoot a film or take photos for commercial purposes on the property of Baoase without prior approval and to ensure guest privacy.

Tempo de silêncio

Between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM, please keep the noise down. Respect your neighbors’ right to sleep. Excessive noise during the daytime hours is also prohibited. Help us maintain the serenity and peacefulness of the area. No private events or festivities are allowed in the accommodation or public areas unless approved by Management.

Comportamento

Aggressive, unsociable, or violent behavior is not tolerated. Guests are only allowed to walk on designated paths. It is not allowed to walk through gardens or enter areas that are not part of your accommodation. Please use the trash receptacles and ashtrays provided.

Visitantes externos

Outside visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM and need to be registered at the Security Office and Reception of the resort. The resort allows a maximum of 4 outside visitors per accommodation. If outside visitors would like to use the resort’s facilities, such as the beach, beach chairs, snorkel, and kayak gear, they must purchase a beach package of $50 per adult at the Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant.

Responsabilidade e obrigação

• Guests must take good care of resort property and rented equipment to protect them from damage, loss, or theft. 
• Baoase Luxury Resort cannot be held responsible for personal or material damages. All facilities are used at your own risk. 
• The resort will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property caused by theft, wind, or an act of God. Baoase is also not liable for injuries or death caused by accidents involving equipment, physical exertion, natural forces, limited access to medical attention, or consumption of alcohol.

O não cumprimento de quaisquer políticas, regras e directrizes pode resultar na sua saída do Resort sem reembolso e no cancelamento de futuras reservas.

Failure to comply with any policies, rules, or guidelines may result in immediate removal from the resort without a refund and the cancellation of future reservations.
