How can I get to Baoase Luxury Resort?

Can we use tap water to drink?
Tap water on Curacao is safe to drink – it is of the finest quality. Since 1928, a seawater distillery has produced top quality drinking water for the island. It contains no chloride and little calcium, is tasteless, odorless and has a good bacteriological composition. You can fill up your recyclable bottle at various points on the island and the resort.
Do you have a dresscode?
Baoase’s dress code is casual and requires appropriate wear. You are required to wear a shirt in our beach bar and restaurant area. Dinner is slightly more formal describing the dress code as smart/elegant casual.
How can I rent a car?
The easiest way to get around the island is by car – either by our local taxi service or by renting one through Baoase. We can assist you in renting a car prior to your arrival to guarantee availability, but it can also be requested during your stay. No need to stand in any lines when renting through Baoase – the car rental company will come to the resort.
Does Baoase Luxury Resort offer an All-Inclusive package?
At Baoase Luxury Resort, you can add a Full American Plan or All-Inclusive meal plan to your stay. The All-Inclusive meal plan includes a welcome amenity upon arrival, a welcome package in your mini-bar, daily breakfast, daily 3-course a la carte lunch and dinner, a selection of luxury spirit brands by the glass, selectively chosen house wines and and Prosecco by the glass, soft drinks and a personal server that is available to you daily from 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM. Can I move or cancel my reservation without penalty?
According to our normal policies, changes within 45 days of arrival may incur a penalty. However, due to the current situation, more lenient policies may apply to your reservation, based on your travel or booking date. You can find our terms & conditions here. Why is it recommended to take a travel insurance with my reservation?
Travel insurances cover a lot of unexpected events during your holiday. However, not all costs incurred as a result of the COVID-19 situation are covered. Therefore, we recommend you to take out an additional travel insurance with a COVID-19 coverage.
Is your resort open?
Both our resort and restaurant are open and we are ready to welcome our guests! Our goal is to keep you safe so you can fully enjoy your vacation with peace of mind. We have been taking extra steps to not only extensively clean and disinfect our resort grounds and accommodations to prevent the spread of COVID-19, but to adhere to newly set-up protocols. Can we have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant?
Yes, we are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. To ensure social distancing at our Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant, we have created a safe distance of at least 2m (6 ft) between tables and seats. Individuals and family members who wish to be seated together may request to do so. Between different groups of guests a safe distance will be maintained. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available at the entrance of the restaurant and guests will be encouraged to use them. Our staff is trained to maintain a social distance of at least 2 meters, while still providing you with the level of service you are accustomed to.
