Please note that spa and wellness treatments are only available to guests staying at the resort or with a confirmed Beach Day Pass. Baoase requires a full prepayment of the services for Beach Day Pass guests.

The following cancellation/penalty policy applies:
• Cancellations 72 hours before the date / time of the reservation will be fully refunded (no penalty)
• Cancellations 48 hours before date and time of the reservation 50% of the prepayment will be refunded. (50% penalty)
• Cancellations within 24 hours before date and time of the reservation, the total prepayment will not be refunded. (100% penalty)

For group reservations with more than 10 guests and special events, our event cancellation policy applies
